Multiple research topics related to Synthetic Biology are available. Having attended the Systems Biology course is a relevant but not essential prerequisite. The theses mainly concern aspects of mathematical modelining of genetic circuits, simulations of dynamical systems via MATLAB and analsyis of stability. Also experimental theses in collaboration with Department of Molecular Medicine are possible. Project are suitable for MS students in CSE or Bioengineering. Some project topics could also be extended to Ph.D. if interested.
